Montclair Film Appoints Tricia Haggerty Wenz as Executive Director
Tom O’Connor Consulting Group (TOCG) is pleased to announce that Tricia Haggerty Wenz (she/her) has been appointed Executive Director by Montclair Film (Tom Hall; Artistic Director) in Montclair, New Jersey following our extensive national search led by Brenna Thomas, Search Consultant, in consultation with VP, Organizational Strategy Edie Demas.
A vibrant and experienced leader with decades of non-profit arts and film experience, Haggerty Wenz will begin in her new role with Montclair Film on September 2, 2025.

Prior to joining Montclair Film, Haggerty Wenz most recently served as the Director of Development for Real Art Ways in Hartford, Connecticut, where she worked for eight years as one of the organization’s key leaders, spearheading the organization’s fundraising efforts and first building acquisition and expansion project. Previously, she was the founder of Safe Harbors of the Hudson in Newburgh, NY, a non-profit with the mission of transforming lives and building communities through housing and the arts. During her thirteen years of leadership, she led a multimillion dollar development project that included the renovation of a historic building, the creation of Newburgh’s first contemporary arts gallery, the restoration of the historic Ritz Theater, and the development of live arts programming, all while providing safe, affordable housing for 128 adults, as well as a vibrant destination for the region.
